DCT Recruitment are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in the Shotton Paper Mill Project. Responsibilities:• Oversee the overall operation of the warehouse, ensuring efficient storage and distribution of materials and equipment.• Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and manage the procurement of materials to prevent shortages or excess.• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to construction site.• Supervise warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure effective performance and adherence to safety protocols.• Inspect incoming materials addressing any discrepancies or defects.• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, deliveries, and returns, and prepare regular reports for management.• Organise warehouse layout to maximise space utilisation and improve workflow efficiency.Qualifications:• A relevant vocational qualification, such as an NVQ in Warehousing and Storage, may be beneficial.• Significant experience in warehouse management or logistics, within the MEP construction industry.• Prior supervisory or management experience is essential.• CSCS site qualifications.• Forklift Operator License (e.g., RTITB or ITSSAR) for operating warehouse equipment safely.Please contact Bartosz on or to start ASAP
