As demand in our sector increases, we are creating career opportunities and growth across our teams.JOB PURPOSETo provide administrative support to functional teams within the Group Projects remit and the Group Projects Department This role has multiple stakeholders, internal and external customers, as it is interfacing directly with the Urenco Group. Consequentially the ability and availability to travel to and work in several locations is required. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESProvide a competent and professional administrative service for the Group Projects team and for project teams as assigned • Arrange meetings, site visits and training events and other events as necessary • Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority • Assist with the on-boarding for new starters for the department and project teams, including training, time booking • Attend meetings, take minutes, keep notes and manage action tracking databases on behalf of the team and projects • Provide administrative support in areas such as purchasing and maintaining office / PPE stock, purchase requests, support the team with IT issues and maintain the team’s asset register of IT equipment • Raising purchase requisitions / service entries in SAP • Management of the department Time-booking system, including setting up new starters, initiating changes plus ensuring leavers are dealt with efficiently. • Be proactive and approachable, actively gain knowledge and experience through regular communication and involvement with teams. • Liaising with BU’s assistants and secretaries to share LFE and best practice EXPERIENCE NEEDED• Experience of preparation and coordination of meetings, documentation, presentations, reports and other documentation suitable for delivery at an executive level with minimal supervision, including assisting with the compiling of detailed briefing documents and presentations • Prior experience in Nuclear sector and other related industries (e.g. Utilities, Oil & Gas, Pharma, Construction) minimum 5 years working within multi-cultural, multi discipline teams • Previous auditing involvement including ability to analyse and present information • Ability to interact with a wide variety of personnel including at Board level • Professional and competent level of all Microsoft Packages (especially Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, Project and expert Power Point skills) company systems such as UShare, Documentum, SAP, Egencia travel booking system, Basic Online time booking system • Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to respond to changing priorities , supporting a busy workload and multiple live projects • Development and maintenance of a Department Document library, filing, recording and reporting systems • Development and implementation of appropriate configuration management procedures • Strong attention for detail including document management, formatting and control • Conversant in business English • Conversant in business language specific to role location
