RG Consultancy are delighted to be working with a reputable and leading firm of Accountants who are looking for a Payroll and Admin Clerk to join their large and friendly team on a full time, permanent basis.

Duties:

  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee wages.
  • Oversee accounts payable functions related to payroll, ensuring all deductions and contributions are correctly applied.
  • Analyse payroll data for discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Utilise accounting software, to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Collaborate with the human resources department to ensure seamless integration
  • Conduct data entry tasks related to employee information and payroll adjustments.
  • Prepare reports on payroll metrics for management review, identifying trends or areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to payroll processing.
