Based in Chester, this growing company is looking for a fantastic administrative professional to join their property help desk team, supporting with administration and compliance processes.Your new roleYou will be supporting the property team to make sure any compliance obligations are met. You will be in regular communication with licensees and other third parties in regard to compliance certifications, inspections and change of tenancy. What you'll need to succeedGood computer literacy is essential to this role as you will be required to utilise a number of internal systems and databases to manage the compliance process, as well as creation and management of orders. Excellent administrative skills, with prior experience working in a similar role, this position will require stakeholder engagement and management.
