My client are a leading housebuilder, boasting a stellar reputation for creating exceptional family homes across the UK.

Due to sustained growth, they are recruiting for a Buyer to join their team. You'll be working on new build housing projects.

Duties and responsibilities to include but not limited to:

Procurement development from start to finish on a new build housing projects
Management of group subcontractors regarding any purchasing
Supporting the Procurement Manager in regard to buying and purchasing.
Liaising with internal and external teams
Responsible for contract documentation and new product set ups
Cost management

Requirements:

Experience in working as a buyer for a housebuilder or main contractor
Experience with using procurement software
