Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for an exciting new opportunity? A major fit-out company in the North West is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This role has become available due to the company's impressive growth and expansion.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be working on cladding contracts, contributing to our full turnkey solutions that include cladding. Our projects range in value from 500k to 2m and involve corporate and commercial buildings. Contracts will be made up of JCT, D&B, and NEC.

Responsibilities of a Quantity Surveyor:

  1. Prepare and manage cost estimates and budgets for cladding contracts.
  2. Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and measurements.
  3. Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
  4. Monitor project costs and progress, ensuring alignment with budgets.
  5. Prepare and submit interim and final payment applications.
  6. Manage contract variations and change orders.
  7. Conduct risk assessments and provide cost advice.
  8. Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
  9. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders.
  10. Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts.
