Property Manager - Benefits???????• Lovely working environment and team • 28 days holiday plus bank holidays per annum • Pension. • Eye care and voucher schemeProperty Manager - Duties • Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of over 50 student HMO’s. • Managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance. • Doing mid term inspections. • Organising contractors, gaining quotations, issuing works orders and obtaining invoices.• Ensuring property compliance such as EICR’s, gas safety and EPC certifications. • Dealing with deposit disputes. • Organising and conducting check outs and inventories • Organising tenancy paperwork. • Getting involved in serving section notices as required • Supporting with rental reviews and tenancy renewals • General Property Manager duties. • Taking the lead on annual change over. • Complaint handling • As you are part of a small team, where required you may need to support Sales Manager, Accounts Manager and Director. In turn, Sales Manager and Accounts Manager will support the Property Manager when required in busy periods such as change over. • Assisting with Property Refurbishments Property Manager - Experience Needed: • Previous Property Management experience is essential. • Professional written and verbal communication skills. • ARLA qualification is desirable. • Self motivated. • Ability to work off own initiative. • Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel. • Must have a car that they can use for work - must be aware will have to use own car for work related tasks on occasionsIf you are interested in applying for the role, please contact Jack Cooke at AMR.
