This role requires you to undertake reception duties for the HQ Offices, receiving and dealing with visitors, telephone enquiries and assisting contractors. Some of other duties include;

  • Manage the front desk to a number of businesses.

  • Greet Customers and direct accordingly

  • General Admin Duties

  • Keep reception area tidy

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Previous experience of working in an office environment, with frontline customer services experience

  • Ability to build effective relationships with customers, colleagues and visitors to the centre.

  • Experience and ability to effectively use IT including databases and Microsoft Word Excel Outlooks and TEAMs.
