The role:
We are looking for an F&B Manager who will lead the team. You will ensure all the departments run smoothly and manage the various heads of departments. This role will include all the normal F&B Manager duties. This role covers all the F&B areas of the operation, the role is between a F&B Manager and a Operations Manager however it does not cover Housekeeping
Experience:
We are looking for an F&B Manager / Operations Manager with a background in weddings and events.An F&B Manager / Operations Manager who has worked in Country House Hotels would also be considered for the role. You will need knowledge of GP's.
