Retail Events store supervisor
The store supervisor is responsible for supporting the Manager by overseeing retail operations and coordinating events to drive customer engagement and increase brand awareness.
As a supervisor you will support in leading a team to ensure smooth daily operations, meet sales targets, and create memorable customer experiences through well-executed events.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day to day management of team.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Training and motivating your team.
- Ensure an exceptional shopping and event experience for customers.
Experience
- Minimum of a year in retail management
Requirements
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Available for the full contract length
