We are seeking an ExperiencedSupport Workers *Based in Chester* As a support worker, you will play a crucial role in providing care and assistance to adults and children. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting individuals in their daily activities, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Assisting with personal care, medication administration, and meal preparation.
  • Implementing behaviour management strategies to address challenging behaviours.
  • Building positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience: Brain injury knowledge / experience, Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team and delivering therapy programmes, Experience of challenging behaviour, highly empathetic with excellent motivational and nurturing skills, Experience working with vulnerable young adults, Experience of lone working
  • Must have at least 6 months UK care experience and Right to work in the UK
  • An up-to-date DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service – Should you need to apply for a new DBS we can support you with this.
  • To be able to commit to an assignment, to ensure structure and stability for our service users.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
