Sports Coach Male or Female

We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic and hard-working Sports Coachto become part of a cohesive, professional and supportive team within a school.

This role provides an exciting opportunity for any coach who wants to step foot in a school or has prior experience. Responsibilities:

  • Planning, delivering and corelessons.
  • Giving constructive and guided feedback to students both written and verbally
  • Summative and formative assessment, guide progress through marking and feedback
  • Attending departmental meetings and communicating effectively with parents.
  • Encouraged to share best practice within and beyond the department
  • Lead extracurricular enrichment activities to extend learning beyond the classroom

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Successful candidates should hold a recognisedUK certificateor the international equivalent.
  • Be free in school hours
  • Hold an up-to-date DBS certificate
  • Possess an excellent subject knowledge
  • Have excellent knowledge of the British Curriculum
  • Work collaboratively and creatively with colleagues
