Operations Co Ordinator
Salary:£23,000 Plus a £2000 Annual Bonus, Paid Quarterly
Hours:Full Time - Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours - 09:00 - 17:30

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Head Office Team for a new Operations Co Ordinator to lead the operational support for one of our key UK clients. Reporting to the Head of Operations you willbe responsible for co-ordinating the team, to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations for this account, calculating commission payments and keeping on top of trends in data to accurately report to key stakeholders.?
The main duties of an Operations Co Ordinatorare:
Day-to-day support for the Sales Teams, Account Managers and clients to improve operations, and support an increase in sales quality and quantity
Perform related duties as assigned, including issue resolution
Coordinate with the operations team and Manager on tasks related to your account
Understanding sales data and making sure that the right checks and balances are in place to report on data correctly
Responsibility for data processing
Providing KPI reporting and insights
Building and maintaining a strong relationship with the sales teams and client account managers

Have strong analytical skills to create and interpret reports
Be proficient in Excel (PIVOTS, VLOOKUP's etc)
Have strong problem-solving skills
Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise effectively and shift focus quickly
Have ability to communicate professionally and succinctly via e-mail, on the phone or in person
Be assertive and proactive in the workplace. Show initiative in your role.
Possess strong organisational and time management skills
Be a good team worker demonstrating loyalty and commitment to the organisation and team members
