The Role

As a Management Accountant, you’ll work within a specific division, building strong relationships with key stakeholders while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting and controls. You’ll also play a vital role in mentoring junior team members and driving improvements across finance.

  • Month-End & Reporting – Lead the month-end process and prepare management accounts.
  • Financial Controls – Ensure robust financial processes and compliance.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting – Support budgeting cycles and provide analysis.
  • Process Improvement – Identify and implement efficiencies within finance operations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Work closely with senior finance leaders and divisional teams to support decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
  • Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Strong experience in month-end, financial reporting, and budgeting
  • Hands-on approach with a focus on process improvement and accuracy
  • Ability to mentor junior team members and collaborate with key stakeholders
