Hours: 35 hours, office based
This super law firm is seeking a Legal Cashier in their Chesterfield office to work in a thriving accounts department. This would be an ideal position for someone with previous legal cashier and SRA experience seeking a fast-paced role within accounts.
Daily Duties
- Processing electronic payments on on-line banking systems
- Office and Client banking
- Purchase/Nominal Ledger invoices and payments
- Dealing with general accounts related queries and issues
- Taking payment from clients by telephone, issuing receipts
- Opening/closing and administering designated deposit accounts
- General day to day duties such as scanning and filing.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of SRA Accounting Rules
- Experience of using on-line banking systems
- Attention to detail.
