NET Recruit is searching the market for a Business Partner to join a leading national services organisation, located in the Chesterfield area.Your RoleWhile in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Supervising a team of Business Partner Analysts tasked with being the central point of contact for Knowledge Management, collaborating effectively with a variety of stakeholders
  • Working within, and staying informed of the company strategy, leading project involvement to ensure data and reporting impacts are clearly identified and addressed
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of Knowledge Management and technology processes, as well as end-to-end development across Shared Services
  • Developing and keeping strong working partnerships with key business stakeholders for the purpose of supporting business-critical activities
  • Providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions, promoting a culture where users can independently access and utilise data
  • Overseeing and prioritising requests for new data insights and modifications to existing data products
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Knowledge Management processes and systems, focussing on enhancing standard reporting, shortening reporting cycles, and improving user experience
You MUST Have:Please apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria:
  • Strong working knowledge of both financial and non-financial datasets for business-critical reporting and analysis
  • Excellent communication skills, specifically in working with a variety of stakeholders to influence key decisions and manage expectations
  • Fantastic analytical and problem-solving skills, supported by excellent attention to detail
  • Exposure to both project management and BI development phases
  • Experience in supporting use of Qlik Dashboards, Business Objects reports and other BI tools
