I am looking for a Corporate Maintenance Manager to join a local authority North of Nottingham. As Corporate Maintenance Manager, you will manage a team of surveyors and technicians, taking a lead role in the client's asset management plan, as well as the day to day maintenance and repairs of the council's corporate portfolio.

Responsibilities for the Corporate Maintenance Manager:
  • Direct line management of a team of surveyors and technicians
  • Lead on the delivery of planned and responsive repairs to a very diverse portfolio
  • Manage contractors to ensure the repairs service is delivered effectively
  • Carry out budget preparation and monitoring

Successful applicants for the Corporate Maintenance Manager role will have:
