You will work closely with one of the Managing Directors, to work ongoing on strategy for a new business within the Structures arm of the business.You will be responsible for developing and tendering for new work within their Structures division. You will assist with the coordination of business development, sales and marketing, as well as supporting the development and implementation of business development strategy.The role:
- Develop and implement sales and business development strategy
- Tender for new work within construction and civil engineering
- Assist with the Estimating process (pricing, bidding and quoting work)
- Support the directorship team in forming future business development plans
- Maximise new business opportunities, whilst minimising commercial risk
The person:
- Sales / Business Development experience within Construction, Civil Engineering or Hard FM
- Experience with the tender process / tender management
