Job Description:

Our client, a contractor working in social housng, is seeking a Multi-Skilled Joiner to join their team. This role involves working on a variety of projects within social housing, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out joinery work including fitting kitchens, doors, windows, and other woodwork.
  • Perform maintenance and repair tasks in occupied and void properties.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants and residents.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a joiner, preferably within social housing.
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Joinery.
  • Multi-skilled in other trades such as plumbing, plastering, or tiling is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving license.
