I am representing a client in the manufacturing industry who is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join their team. This senior commercial role is integral to driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding revenue streams.

About the Role

As the Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Focus on key product revenue streams, including lighting, sign structures, and accessories across sectors such as Roads & Infrastructure, Rail, Health, Ports, and Architectural.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalise on them.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, analyse their needs, and deliver tailored proposals.
  • Create sales forecasts, actively work toward achieving targets, and stay informed of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive innovation and contribute to R&D and commercial initiatives.
  • Represent the business at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and solutions.
