Position: Business Development ExecutiveSalary 24k-25k Dept on exp plus uncapped commission structure OTE: 40k plusLocation: Mansfield Hours: Mon-Thur 8.30-5.00pm Fri 8.30am-3pm

We are recruiting for Business Development Executive for a well established and expanding Mansfield based company. Managing your own portfolio of new and existing clients you will be responsible for:

  • Working with an existing client base
  • Developing relationships and partnerships with new and existing clients
  • Targeting opportunities, presenting solutions and negotiating deals
  • Maintaining and developing the computerised CRM system
  • Planning and carrying out direct sales and marketing activities to meet sales and profitability target
  • Responding and following up any sales enquiries via telephone, email, skype and personal visits where deemed necessary

The ideal candidate will have a hunger for sales, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets, as well as:

  • Previous outbound sales experience is ideal but not essential
  • Possess excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Be highly self-motivated and results driven
  • Enjoy working to targets
  • Ability to build and maintain a sales pipeline
