Job Description: We are looking for a focused CCTV Operator to help maintain site security at Markham Vale. The role includes monitoring CCTV systems, ensuring safety, and responding promptly to incidents. A valid SIA license is mandatory, while a CCTV SIA license and at least 12 months of experience are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV systems to oversee site security.

• Report incidents accurately and on time.

• Coordinate with security staff and emergency services.

• Keep sensitive information confidential.

• Perform routine equipment checks.

• Follow company policies and legal guidelines, including GDPR.

Requirements:

• Valid SIA licence (mandatory).

• CCTV SIA licence (desirable).

• At least 12 months of experience in a similar role (desirable).

• Strong attention to detail and observation skills.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Ability to stay calm under pressure.

• Familiarity with computer-based systems.
