International Business Development Manager

Salary £55,000 - £60,000 + car + bonus

Remote with International Travel (50% of the time)

Elevation are excited to be working with a leading Global manufacturing company who are leaders in their field. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding team as an International Business Development Manager.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand their market presence globally.

Experience in the Fasteners industry would be advantageous but not essential.

The International Business Development Manager will manage and grow key Global accounts, identify new business opportunities and new profitable markets.

The ideal candidate must come from a Technical sales background and be comfortable selling into a range of sectors from Aerospace to Utilities and beyond.

Skills & Requirements

- Proven track record of success in Technical Sales. Experience in the Fasteners industry would be advantageous but not essential.

- An ambitious individual with a hungry mentality and passion to develop their knowledge and skillset

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in analysing sales data and market trends.

- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with international clients and partners.

- Ability to travel internationally as required (50% of the time)
