 Role Overview: As a Residential Property Paralegal, you will be a vital part of the conveyancing team, supporting the Conveyancer in all areas of residential property transactions. Your role will involve working closely with clients, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth handling of legal documentation. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and proactive individual to develop their skills within a dynamic legal environment. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will:
  • Assist the Conveyancer in all aspects of residential property conveyancing.
  • Maintain meticulous records and accounts related to property transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via email and telephone, addressing enquiries and providing updates.
  • Prepare and submit SDLT Returns and HM Land Registry applications.
  • Review title and property documents and prepare contract packs.
  • Conduct research to assist with various aspects of the conveyancing process.
  • Manage administrative tasks to ensure the smooth progress of transactions.
Person Specification:  Our client is looking for candidates with a strong academic background, including GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above in English and Mathematics.
