Elevation Recruitment Group are looking for a Credit Controller to join a credit team in Chesterfield to play a key role in managing credit control and risk, ensuring a healthy cash flow and minimising risk across the full order-to-cash cycle.Benefits Include:

Duties & Responsibilities of the Credit Controller:

  • Conducting credit risk assessments to protect the business
  • Managing commercial and consumer collections – including litigation if required
  • Building and maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships
  • Negotiating payment plans and ensuring timely collections
  • Maintaining accurate records and direct debit adequacy
  • Applying best practice credit control procedures
  • Blocking accounts effectively and efficiently when needed

  • Experience in written and verbal credit control
  • Confident negotiator with experience handling difficult conversations
  • Ability to produce timely and accurate KPI and ad-hoc reports
