EV Electrician
Job Summary: Our client is seeking a highly skilled electrician to join their team, the successful candidate will be responsible for installing & repairing EV Commercial Charging Points at commercial/ Industrial properties.
Location: Chesterfield Area
What you'll be doing day to day
- Install EV charge points in compliance with the relevant regulations and standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with EV charge points and electrical systems
- Conduct site surveys to determine the optimal location for EV charge points and ensure that electrical supply meets the necessary requirements
- Ensure that all work is carried out safely and to a high standard, following all relevant health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- ECS Card
- A City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- Knowledge of EV charging technology and associated standards and regulations. (is beneficial)
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different locations within an hour of Chesterfield
- Experience in installing and maintaining EV charging infrastructure
Benefits:
- Salary: 38,000 - 40,000
