We are currently seeking temporary support for the role of Executive Assistant to provide high-level and confidential support to our Chief Executive and Executive Director. This role is crucial in managing all aspects of the Executive Office to enhance the Senior Leadership Team's performance and delivery against the Council’s priorities and key projects.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Proactively manage the Executive Office to support the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Provide high-level secretarial, administrative, and executive support to the Chief Executive.
  • Ensure efficient operation of the office and manage schedules and communications.
  • Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion.
  • Support the preparation and organisation of council meetings and events.
  • There may be occasional opportunities to work from home, but the role is predominantly office-based.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with administrative management practices.
  • Capable of working independently and under pressure.
