The role involves supervising the finance team, producing monthly management accounts, and engaging in profit and loss analysis.
Candidates should have an SME background and previous experience in staff supervision or management.
The position offers a salary range of £40,000 to £47,000 and is fully office-based with flexible hours.
Applicants should ideally have at least a few years of relevant experience and will receive study support if they are part-qualified.

An exciting new position for a forward thinking , ambitious qualified / part qualified accountant to join this expanding business based in Chesterfield as a Finance Manager.

Reporting into the Finance Director some of the duties you will be involved in as Finance Manager will include:

Supervision of the finance team
Production on monthly management accounts board pack
Profit and loss
Balance sheet analysis
Cash flow forecasting
Budgeting
Assisting with the audit
Various daily, weekly and monthly reporting
Various projects to improve systems and procedures

This is a fantastic role for either a fully qualified or a studier nearing qualification who wants to develop and push themselves, can think outside the box and has new ideas. Candidates need to have an SME background coupled with previous staff supervision / management skills.

This role is fully office based, 40 hours per week with flexibility on start and finish times, study support will be provided for part qualified applicants.
