An exciting opportunity is available for a qualified or part-qualified accountant to become a Finance Manager in an expanding business based in Chesterfield.
This role involves supervising the finance team, producing monthly management accounts, and conducting profit and loss and balance sheet analysis.
Candidates should have an SME background and previous experience in staff supervision or management, with a focus on career development.
The position offers a salary range of £40,000 to £47,000 and requires either full qualification or nearing qualification.
The role is fully office-based, offers flexibility in working hours, and provides study support for part-qualified applicants.

An exciting new position for a forward thinking , ambitious qualified / part qualified accountant to join this expanding business based in Chesterfield as a Finance Manager.

Reporting into the Finance Director, some of the duties you will be involved in as Finance Manager will include:

Supervision of the finance team
Production on monthly management accounts board pack
Profit and loss
Balance sheet analysis
Cash flow forecasting
Budgeting
Assisting with the audit
Various daily, weekly and monthly reporting
Various projects to improve systems and procedures

This is a fantastic role for either a fully qualified or a studier nearing qualification who wants to develop and push themselves, can think outside the box and has new ideas.
