NET Recruit is searching the market for a Head of Collections & Credit Risk to join a leading national services organisation, located in the Chesterfield area.  You RoleWhile in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Driving, motivating and managing performance across a sizable team of credit control and collections professionals
  • Leading on-site communications and the execution of people strategies and change management processes
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to identify and implement process enhancements
  • Ensuring adherence to the company’s credit policy across the function
  • Overseeing the timely completion of control activities, audit deliverables, and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Driving process improvements using automation tools, Salesforce, and Alteryx
  • Developing innovative approaches to reduce outstanding debt and enhance the delivery of cashflow
  • Partnering with Directors and account managers to resolve customer issues related to credit, billing, and payments
You MUST HavePlease apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria:
  • Possession of a professional accounting qualification, ideally CICM or equivalent
  • Strong experience within credit and collections, particularly from a strategical and management position
  • Excellent leadership and wider communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Good working knowledge of complex IT systems, including interfaces and controls
  • Good commercial aptitude and awareness
  • Background in financial controls
