This sustainability and energy consultancy based in Chesterfield are seeking a Junior SAP Assessor to join their expanding team on a range of commercial and housing projects. You'll be provided with the resources, training and support necessary to develop knowledge in the industry and kickstart your professional development.
The Junior SAP Assessor selected will be offered:

As a Junior SAP Assessor you will be delivering sustainability and energy advice across the construction industry. You'll be carrying out SAP assessments, Part L building regulation assessments, overheating assessments and delivering EPCs. You'll also be developing procedures to increase efficiency within the company and providing consultancy and written reports at land purchase and planning stage.
To be considered for this Junior SAP Assessor role you must:
- Be OCDEA accredited.
- Have good knowledge of planning and Part L building regulations.
- Live in or near to Chesterfield.
- Have a full right to work in the UK.
