Your Mission
As a PSD Teacher for SEN students, you will play a crucial role in supporting their personal and social development. Your goal is to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that cater to the diverse needs of your students. You'll foster a nurturing and supportive classroom environment, empowering students to achieve their full potential.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver dynamic PSD lessons tailored to students with SEN.
- Teach and support students aged 11-16, making learning accessible and enjoyable.
- Implement innovative teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to create an inclusive educational atmosphere.
- Stay updated with the latest SEN teaching practices and curriculum developments.
- Create a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages student engagement.
- Empower students to develop essential life skills and confidence.
What You Bring
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in teaching students with SEN.
- In-depth knowledge of SEN teaching strategies and curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
