Duties & Responsibilities of the Rents Administrator:

Liaise with tenants regarding arrears
Set up and amend direct debits in relation to arrears
Provide support and advice to tenants
Issue arrears letters for former tenants
Liaise with third party agencies

Essential Requirements of the Rents Administrator:

Previous experience within housing or related service
