We are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider to recruit for a Development Manager on a permanent basis. The role will involve home, site and office working.
Responsibilities of the Development Manager:
- Discover and progress development of new properties
- Complete Development appraisals
- Complete management of development schemes during and post completion
- Liaise with external partners and stakeholders
- Manage the Home Ownership office
Essential Requirements of the Development Manager:
- Previous relevant of working within a Development & Regeneration environment
- Relevant trade qualification or equivalent
