The HR function is vital to the business success, focusing on people planning and support. As Senior HR Assistant, you'll collaborate closely with the HR Manager to ensure compliance with laws and policies, oversee day-to-day administration including payroll, and supervise a small HR team. Your responsibilities also include HR database management, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and ensuring efficient people support service delivery.If successful, you will perform the following role as a Senior Information Specialist:* Provide full support to the HR Manager, wider HR colleagues and stakeholders. * Update and manage HR internal databases and systems. * Dealing with employee sickness (return to work meetings) and holidays records. * Assist with data collection of relevant items for monthly payrolling processes. * New starter onboarding process. * First Aider and Health & Safety representative. * Answer queries in person, over the telephone and via email. * Conduct exit/leavers interviews. * Meet legal obligations and perform tasks in line with Company policies and procedures. * Ensure continuous self-development in relation to good employment practice and key current employment legislation. * Other HR related administration tasks.
