Your responsibilities:

Cold calling potential clients to gain new business
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
Attending regular client meetings
Working with clients to fill given vacancies
Advising clients of the candidate market and key trends
Sourcing candidates using the company database, job boards, adverts and social media
Meeting with candidates to discuss their experience, preferences and needs
Developing trusting relationships with candidates through offering support and honest advice
Providing excellent aftercare to placed candidates and their employers
