Page Group are delighted to be working with an industry leading Manufacturing & Engineering focused business, who are looking to appoint a Service Compliance & Process Officer at their South Yorkshire Offices.

This role will work closely with the Customer Service, Field Service & Field Engineers team to drive process improvement around service provided to B2B customers, ensure compliance around key regulations, and support with audits and accreditation's within the business

Description

  • Work closely with the Customer Service & Service Engineers teams to drive process improvement across the departments, improving customer satisfaction, efficiency and productivity
  • Support leadership around attaining and renewing key ISO accreditation's, understanding and communicating all requirements
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to identify and highlight changes, positively influencing and gaining buy in to upcoming changes
  • Create and present MI that will be used to identify potential changes that need to be made, and the impact they will have
  • Understand and interpret key regulatory requirements, ensuring business areas remain compliant at all times
  • Drive continuous improvement across all areas that positively impact the business and customer
  • Compliance - drive and support a culture of "right first time" ensuring the business meets key regulations at all times

Profile

  • Highly organised
  • Ability to collaborate with others
  • Understand or worked in ISO environment (advantageous)
  • Experience in a similar role (advantageous)
