Multi Skilled Shift Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Mason James are partnered with a international manufacturing business to support with the recruitment of a Maintenance Engineer. You will be joining the team at thenew, state of the art site based in the Chesterfield area, due to growth the business an opportunity has come availableto join their engineering team on a full time, permanent basis.
Shift: 3 Days, 3 off, 3 Nights, 3 off. (155 working days in the year)

Main duties:To provide planned and reactive maintenance of machinery and plant equipment, ensuring breakdowns are prioritised.
This role will allow you to develop your innovation and technical skills to implement permanent fixes underpinning high performance.
You will be working with both electrical and mechanicalissues - however a bias toward electrical engineering is required but also able to deal with mechanical issues.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, excellent interpersonal skills and able to work effectivelyas part of a team!
Qualifications:
- Ideally apprentice trained
- Level 3 qualifications and above in relevant discipline
- Experience within FMCG/ Packaging/ Food environment
