This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to support the Directors and Senior Leadership Team in a varied and responsible role.
The RoleAs Personal Assistant, you will provide confidential, efficient, and proactive administrative support to the Managing Director, Sales Director, Business Development Manager, and wider leadership team. The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide professional and confidential administrative support to the Directors
Assist with the preparation and submission of tenders and Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs)
Maintain and update customer compliance portals and company accreditations
Support the management of company policies, procedures, and strategic documents
Assist with marketing materials including document creation and promotional content
Support the company insurance renewal process and administration of insurance claims
Administer company benefits including healthcare, life assurance, and pensions
Manage and update company information on external websites (e.g. Companies House, ICO)
Administer payroll and pension processes for the holding company
Organise meetings and events including travel, accommodation, and presentation preparation
Produce agendas, take minutes, and manage action logs for formal meetings
Maintain and update the company intranet and website content
Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team
Proven experience in a Personal Assistant or Senior Administrative role supporting Directors or Senior Management
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Able to work confidentially and professionally at all times
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing multiple tasks and working to deadlines
Experience updating websites or intranet systems (desirable)
Confident, proactive, and able to work independently
