Are you a Graduate looking to specialise in BIM or an experienced Architectural Technologist working with BIM, looking for a new opportunity with a UK leading Tier 1 Main Contractor?

Fawkes & Reece are proud to be partnered with a UK leading Tier 1 Main Contractor recruiting for an Assistant Digital Construction Manager to join their team with hybrid working available. This position would suit a Graduate wanting to specialise in BIM, or an experienced Architectural Technologist with experience with BIm looking to work for a Main Contractor.

My clients are a prestigious and UK leading Main Contractor with a turnover of over 1.3bn and over 8 regional offices. They work across and specialise in an array of sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, leisure, PBSA, industrial and mixed tenure.

As an Assistant Digital Construction Manager you will be responsible for assisting the digital construction efforts across the company, working closely with the Digital Construction Manager. This role will enable all digital construction projects to be completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality across an array of sectors and exciting high profile projects, implementing my clients BIM processes.

Responsibilities for an Assistant Digital Construction Manager:


* To cover various Digital/BIM Management tasks for the lifecycle of a construction project, including work winning, design phase, pre-construction phase, construction phase, handover and soft landings.
* Work closely with the wider project team, client team and trade sub-contractors. Having regular contact with the Area Digital Construction Manager and Director for Digital Construction.
* Facilitate the integration of Digital Construction/BIM on projects, driving the SRM digital construction strategy and business culture in a manner which upholds the Visions and Values of the Company.

Requirements for an Assistant Digital Construction Manager:

* Relevant BIM Qualifications/Courses.
* Experience implementing BIM within the construction industry.
* Working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, Solibri, Viewpoint 4 Projects and COBie.
* Ambitious, driven, dynamic and a strong team player.
