Your new role

You will be joining a welcoming and lively team, assisting with the day to day transactional duties of a high volume payroll.

  • Process pension benefits.
  • Update pension databases.
  • Communicate payment info to members and resolve queries.
  • Maintain accurate systems for correct payments.
  • Document processes and help team members.
  • Provide training as needed.
  • Assist with projects.
  • Liaise with external organisations on pension matters.
  • Work in different teams as needed.
  • Perform other duties as required.

What you'll need to succeed

For this role you will need to possess strong IT experience, excellent customer care skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Your strengths should include diagnostic, analytical, and process skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. You should maintain a positive and professional attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and can work under pressure to meet deadlines. Additionally, you need to have experience in Pensions/Payroll Administration and familiarity with pension software like Profund, supported by strong Maths and English qualifications.
