Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting an experiencedQuality Inspector to join our well established client.

Job Duties:

  • Working on shop floor, checking first off, patrol inspection.
  • Read drawings and instructions to comprehend the quality requirements for the product and supplies.
  • Checking raw material and sub-contract activities.
  • Approve or reject product with respect to quality standards and record supplier performance.
  • Control of measuring equipment.
  • Working to ISO9001.
  • Participate in company and calibration audits.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a quality Inspector or relevant role.
  • Hands on inspector to conduct patrol checks to measure components.
  • First off and final inspection.
  • Using measuring instruments such as micrometres, dial indicators, height gauges, FARO CMM (CMM experience preferred but not essential as training will be given) etc.
  • Ability to use computer software for measuring and producing reports.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer interaction.

Pay: Negotiable.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday / Flexible hours.

This is a Full time,Permanent position.
