Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and accessible Science lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
* Differentiate lesson materials to meet individual student needs and abilities.
* Foster a supportive and structured classroom environment that encourages student progress.
* Implement behaviour management strategies in line with academy policies.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance curriculum planning and student outcomes.
* Provide feedback and assess student progress, identifying areas for development.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in science.
* Experience teaching Science at secondary level, with the ability to teach Biology at KS4.
* A passion for supporting students with additional educational needs.
* Strong classroom management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
* A flexible and resilient approach to teaching in an alternative provision setting.
