Housing Support Team Leader 

Hours:               35 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Duration:           3 months ongoing 

Location:            Bolsover

Rate of Pay:      £18 per hour via an umbrella company

Main duties of the role:

  • Oversee a team of Housing Support Workers
  • Working in a floating role attending to clients who have a variety of different needs properties to provide expert support
  • Follow and update individual support plans
  • Ensure any maintenance issues are reported and followed up on time and make sure void properties are ready for new tenants to move into
  • Liaise with a range of internal and external agencies
  • Assist clients with any budgeting and taking them to appointments
  • Make sure confidentiality is upheld at all times and comply with GPDR
  • Uphold safeguarding and adhere to health and safety procedures ensuring that any issues that are identified are recording correctly

Essential requirements:

•             An Enhanced DBS from within the last year with the Adults and Children’s list checked or willingness to obtain

•             Experience or an interest in working with vulnerable people

•             Good IT skills including Microsoft packages
