Housing Support Team LeaderÂ
Hours:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Duration:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â 3 months ongoingÂ
Location:Â Â Â Â Â Â Bolsover
Rate of Pay:     £18 per hour via an umbrella company
Main duties of the role:
- Oversee a team of Housing Support Workers
- Working in a floating role attending to clients who have a variety of different needs properties to provide expert support
- Follow and update individual support plans
- Ensure any maintenance issues are reported and followed up on time and make sure void properties are ready for new tenants to move into
- Liaise with a range of internal and external agencies
- Assist clients with any budgeting and taking them to appointments
- Make sure confidentiality is upheld at all times and comply with GPDR
- Uphold safeguarding and adhere to health and safety procedures ensuring that any issues that are identified are recording correctly
Essential requirements:
•            An Enhanced DBS from within the last year with the Adults and Children’s list checked or willingness to obtain
•            Experience or an interest in working with vulnerable people
•            Good IT skills including Microsoft packages
