Academics Agency is seeking a committed Primary SEN Support Assistant to work in a specialist school, providing tailored assistance to pupils with conditions such as ADHD, autism, dyslexia, ODD, SEMH, and anxiety.
Your Responsibilities:- Offer personalised support to students, ensuring they feel encouraged and valued.
- Assist in the development and execution of Educational Healthcare Plans (EHCPs) and Behaviour Strategies.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships to help students engage in their education.
- Promote self-confidence, independence, and an inclusive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to foster a positive classroom atmosphere.
