Aspire People is looking for a dedicated and resilient Challenging Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school environment on a full-time basis. This is a temp-to-perm role, with the successful candidate transitioning to a permanent school contract after 12 working weeks with the agency.Key Responsibilities:Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with challenging behaviour.Assist in implementing behaviour management strategies and personalised learning plans.Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement.Work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs, and other support staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.Requirements:Must have experience working with SEN students or in a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) setting.Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, patient approach.Must be a driver with access to a vehicle to ensure reliable commuting.Commitment to full-time work and a long-term role.If you are passionate about making a difference and have the skills to support students with challenging behaviour, we'd love to hear from you!Please email Mollie at for more information or to apply.Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
