Our client is a leading manufacturing and production company based close to Chichester, West Sussex. We are looking for an Office Administrator to the team and assist the day-to-day operations of the business.
We are looking for somebody with the following credentials:
- Time management, organisational and multi-task skills
- Confident and professional manner
- Strong leadership skills
- Can work on own Initiative
- Motivated and enthusiastic with a willingness to learn
- A working knowledge on Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communicator
Responsibilities:
- Sales office support
- Accounts department support
- General administrative duties
Essential:
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
- Educated to GCSE level
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office, Word Excel knowledge
- Understanding of accounting, data entry and record management
- Comfortable with digital filing and document management systems
