Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new role? We are currently looking on behalf of our client who is a leading manufacturer and distributor within their field, and they are on the hunt for an Office Administrator to join their team.
What We're Looking For:
Our client is looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment and is ready to provide critical administrative support to our Sales and Accounts departments. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and be an integral part of our operations, keep reading!
Your Role Will Include:
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Sales Office Support.
- Assist with customer communication and follow-ups.
- Process sales-related correspondence and inquiries.
- Send order acknowledgments via email to our customers.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with existing clients and colleagues.
Accounts Department Support:
- Assist with invoice preparation and processing.
- Help with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Support with accounts payable and receivable.
- Scan documentation and manage filing systems (both digital and physical).
General Administrative Duties:
- Provide general administrative support across departments.
- Support team communication and coordination.
- Manage a shared mailbox.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve processes and procedures.
Qualifications/Required Skills:
- 1-2 years of administrative experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficient in data entry and record management.
- Comfortable with digital filing and document management systems.
