Earth Catering is a Chichester based catering company specialising in weddings, small and large scale corporate events. Our catering team have a wealth of experience and a passion for flavour, creativity and we focus on providing locally sourced quality produce. We are looking to recruit a creative and passionate full-time head chef to join our existing talented team.

As the wedding/events head chef you will be leading the kitchen in a management role, and in charge of chefs specialising in providing delicious food and exceptional service to weddings and corporate events in Sussex, Surrey and surrounding areas. Our reputation has been built on our attention to detail and by consistently exceeding our clients expectations.

Your role will be based in Chichester at our preparation kitchen and office, however you would be required to travel to weddings and events in our vans. You will need to be highly passionate and creative, with good solid experience within this industry. Driving Licence is essential. Two years minimum experience in this industry would be advantageous but not a necessity.

The chefs responsibilities will be food ordering and communication with suppliers, preparing the food for events and weddings during the week in our catering prep kitchen, kitchen safety and management, menu development, spec sheets, managing a team of chefs at events and weddings.

Hours will be 40hr week, 99% of Sundays off during the year, and if no event on the weekend off.
